Subject: The new technology solutions to cleanse and wipe out the industrial facilities of the petroleum processing industry

Currently, the demand for energy in the world as well as in Vietnam is increasing leading to the demand for petroleum and gases is more and more rising. Coming with this problem is consequence of waste oil, oil residue created during mining, processing and transporting. Therefore, cleaning, utilizing, and disposing waste in an efficient way and ensuring environmental sanitation are required.

Along with that is the requirement for the separation of oil residue from the metal surfaces of facilities in the progress of their hygiene. Maintenance is still done manually with low quality and efficiency and releasing more toxic emissions to human health.

Therefore, a urgent requirement is both engineers and scientists working together to provide the new technology solutions to clean the facilities to meet the needs of manufacturing and trading in the petroleum industry. Whilst the traditional machines should be efficiently maintained to protect the health of workers and environment.

As an engineer of petrochemicals working at the Centre for Metrology and Accreditation of Duc Giang Petroleum General Warehouse, Petrolimex Hanoi, he directly took part in the works relating to the export, import and storage of petroleum and underwent the difficulties of his works as well as pollution from the smell of oil and the toxic chemicals. This situation promoted him to research solutions to help workers who are working in oil-pollution environment to get a better working environment including reduction of risks and poisons, minimization of the effect on health of workers and improvement of quality and productivity.

The vapor of vegetable oils, pine oil and animal fat (pork, chicken ...) and some other additives are efficiently absorbed by these chemicals in an appropriate conditions and proportion, it prevents oil residue from clinging to workers, facilities and tools, while the labor productivity is increased. You just paint over a layer of this cleanser on the surface of FO waste oil after 5 minutes; the oil layer will soften and it is very easily to gather for recycling.

The outstanding features of the product TCF 0507 also expose effective applications for cleaning industrial facilities in the mechanical factories and workshops... .This product raises the labor productivity up to 6.5 times, and recovers 90% waste oil. It helps to save hundreds of millions of VND for the enterprises applying this technology. The application of TCF 0507 to this industry will help replace traditional materials and chemicals and increase the labor productivity, create a safer working environment and protect health of workers in factories and workshops as well as bring significant economic benefits for the enterprise. Thank to its benefits, this initiative was granted as the Patent of Utility Solution by National Office of Intellectual Property in early 2013.

Based on the achievements in the field of innovation and creation, he was awarded Certificate of Merit: ' Excellence achievements of Innovation and creation of Capital worker 2007” by Labor Federation Hanoi; "Capital Innovation 2009," donated by Chairman of Hanoi people Committee and other innovation awards.
