Description: Machine’s structure consist of:  A three  phases motor (3 HP) with rotating speed of 1500 radius per minute. It plays the role as a power center for the whole moving system; an iron rotating axis of 5 cm diameter mounted propeller, its length depends on machine’s size; machine’s frame is made by V iron rod of 6 cm width; the propellers are made by iron rod of 2 cm diameter. There is 8 wings with 40 cm length; 2 plugs of 35 cm diameter and 1 plug of 12 cm diameter which is a moving center help in increasing or decreasing propeller’s  rotating speed and power supporting for decreasing motor’s pressure; 4 linings fixed rotating axist; 2 belts (B70, B80)  to transmit rotated force; a water bunker made by cement or stainless steel that have rough surface inside. There is a faucet beneath the bunker in order to filter the water and pepper’s crust.
