Wood splitting machine 10:21 AM,12/16/2015

Wood splitting machine consists of parts like motor, hydraulic pump, distribution box, percussion hammer operated on the ground of principle using electricity as transmission.

The cost to produce a wood splitting machine is about 10 million VND.

To clarify the effect of the machine, we make a comparison in terms of productivity. During pilot process, we found that, in order to split 15 meters of firewood, it costs only 20,000 VND. Meanwhile with a leased worker, it costs us 150,000 VND per day for him to split only 6 meters of firewood.

Thus, we all see that, with this machine, we can save money, raise labor productivity and reduce human fatigue. In addition, with such efficiency, the payback period is six months.

Our wood splitting machine has been operating for eight months and we are continuously improving in order that the machine can be replicated everywhere.
