The machine is made up of a lifting frame and a weight-based auto-brake.

Mechanical design of lifting frame includes a pallet, hanging beam system, a directional line to help pallet move stably and hold the pallet in case of cable break. The system is controlled flexibly by an electrical panel of switches.

In comparison with other systems on the market, the advantageous difference of this system is weight-based automatic brake. The scheme is designed as a wedge brake with simple structure that works smoothly, flexibly and operates through spring elastic force formed by the weight of the lifting frame as well as the lifted objects.

Automatic brake helps the pallet not to fall freely, ensuring safety for people and lifted objects in case the cable breaks or other factors reduces cable tension load. Simultaneously, it enables to enhance loading capacity as well as working height of lifted objects.

The machine could be designed according to various heights and different lifting capacity and it is only about one-third or a half the cost of other devices that have similar capabilities imported from abroad.

Currently, the technology has been installed and settled into stable operation in a number of manufacturing establishments, auto - motorbike enterprises in Hanoi, Nghe An, Ha Tinh... Partly, it confirms the practical usability and effectiveness of this technology.
