Vibration equipment for removing residual stress on details after welding, casting 3:35 PM,8/4/2016

This is a product of national science and technology project “Research on designing and manufacturing vibration equipment for removing residual stress on mechanic details after welding, casting with big dimension”, code KC03.27/11-15 implemented by scientists from Military Technical Academy.

This equipment is to remove residual stress for details after welding, casting by using method of creating oscillation with the highest frequency of 100Hz, and capacity of 3kW. 3 vibrating heads and various centrifugal forces make us possible to choose the suitable vibration force to each vibration detail; maximum force may be 1.7kN. Especially, this equipment allows user to detect resonance frequency automatically or by hand. Computer connection allows user to store amplitude lines, frequency and process vibration data on computer.
