Scientists from Vietnam National University in Hanoi have researched and manufactured successfully the Scada system and components for monitoring, controlling and administrating high-rise buildings. This is a product of national science and technology project called “Research into applying and developing mechanical and automation technology, code KC03.DA12/11-15.
The system has bidirectional human machine interface (HMI) displayed in Vietnamese, parameters of controlling, administrating buildings in real-time updates and be able to control from three different locations: on the scene (Field level & Work Station), central control bureau (Main), host servers for manager. The system includes 5 main modules: module for controlling coming in and out by radio frequency identification (RFID) card; module for safety controlling of electric security; module for controlling the lighting of the building; module for measuring and controlling environmental parameters (HVAC) of the building; and module for remote controlling on/off power devices.
