High abrasion-resistant pump serving ash discharge for thermal power plants or mining industry 10:15 AM,8/11/2016

Through the implementation of the state-level science and technology project "Research, design and manufacture high abrasion-resistant pumps serving ash discharge for thermal power plants or mining industry", under the Program on application and development of mechanical and automation technology (code KC03/11-15), the scientists from Hai Duong Pump Manufacturing Joint Stock Company have researched and fabricated successfully a high abrasion-resistant pump for ash discharge in thermal power plants or mining industry.

The pump has technical parameters as follows: power (electric motor) 185 kW; RPM (rated) 980 rounds/min; flow (calculated) 563 m3/h; designed pressure head 65 m; pumping efficiency 73.69%; particle size with maximum diameter of 50 mm; the ratio of solid/liquid 25%; longevity of impeller 3,000 h.
