Recently, scientists from the Vietnam Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Post-harvest Technology have successfully produced the functional food Indole-3-Vina.
Indole-3-Vina is the product of the project "Research into production technology of functional food from some cruciferous vegetables of Vietnam" (code KC07.18 /11-15), and it is made in capsule form with the main ingredients as Indole-3-cabinol (82.67 g / 100 g, extracted from green broccoli), curcumine and certain excipients. Indole-3-Vina helps to enhance immunity, prevent and fight cancer (breast cancer, prostate cancer...), inhibit mutation, support prevention and treatment of H.P bacteria - the main cause of stomach and duodenal ulcers.
