Description:
The method of making “brick made from waste” is quite simple: Classification of the household waste after collection. Then the process is : put rubbish which are 3mm-3cm size inorganic materials into the press, in collaboration with cement, sand, gravel and supporting adhesives…to turn waste into the bricks without heating processes.
Truc My also said: “The bricks made from waste” will be eco-friendly products, there are 3 form of products which are zigzag shape, hexagonal shape and three edges shape. The bricks are light weight, high strength resistance than state standard (70-125dN/cm2 compared required standard of 36dN/cm2 .The colour and size can be vary depending on the user preference and cheaper prices than available bricks in the market.
When this project becomes production, there are many practical benefits such as reducing waste and disposal cost for the state, the city doesn’t need landfill waste disposal therefore reduce environmental pollution and diseases from rubbish and air pollution ( emission of CO2 in the incineration process of brick), water pollution ( in the waste treatment area and landfill area), contamination of soil, protect the people’s health around the landfill as well as improve the quality of people's lives, to protect farmers' land in the suburbs (by burying garbage dumps gradually overloaded, so the farmers cultivated land was turned into where disposal ...). Also, take advantage of a large amount of resources, do not waste, can build green buildings which are environmentally friendly.
