Solid waste incinerator without using fuel supplement 11:01 AM,12/5/2013

Waste incinerator operates on the basis of natural convection, this equipment does not use the source of energy such as electricity, gas or oil to ignite or to operate, which only uses dry waste as flame bait and combined with fuel valve to adjust the air flow of heat generated in the combustion chamber. To create a strong convective flow of material in the oven , the oven door is designed for air supply , air supply valves located around the edge of the furnace combustion chamber , therefore it is safe , there is no spark or flame in the combustion chamber getting out dangerously to the incineration operators and workers are working around the incinerator

The incinerator is suitable for burning waste generated within the town , commune , community, with capacity of 500kg/h, equivalent to about 2m3/h , which aims to limit odor pollution , groundwater pollution by decomposing organic waste , reducing the volume of garbage is buried.

To obtain this result , the structure of incinerator is designed unique characteristics and are described as follows:
+ Primary chamber including drying space , the firing space , firing burn out , slag compartment.
+ Secondary combustion chamber including firing out space, gravity type dust separators, smoke cooler.

 Drying system is chose and deiced depends on the type of operation and characteristics of waste - waste moisture. For waste over 50% moisture content, waste drying system, waste conveyor should use with capacity of 2.2 kW , 220V voltage , 1 phase . In case of losing power , the incinerator is still working stability , waste supply manually , ensuring productivity norms 500kg/h . Incinerators used only to power the hydraulic system pushes the waste door , waste conveyor , electrical cabinet , or waste fan drying.

This type of incinerator is compact in size but has high efficiency , fuel and waste processing backlog quickly without waste . Premises oven set at approximately 3.6 x 2.5 m2 and the entire premises for a closed incinerator approximately 72m2 . Thus saving construction costs and construction time .
