Probiotics turn straw into organic fertilizer 1:55 PM,12/5/2013

Mr. Le Van Tri has launched a process to process the straw into an organic fertilizer. The process comprises the bellowing steps:
Step 1 : Collecting straw in which can take advantage of some organic products such as water hyacinth , plant foliage , the pile will decompose quickly .
Step 2 : Watering ingredients that ensure the moisture content of the straw is steady at 80-85 % . 
Step 3: Probiotics Mixing –Probiotic mix in aqueous solution preparation, the balanced dose is 1 pack of 200g Fito – Biomix RR will treat of 1 tone rice straw , mixing with 50L of water for appropriate concentrations, adding 1kg of NPK fertilizer for better efficiency.

After that, irrigating this mixture to all the layer of straw

Finally piled up and covered by the canvas.

Usually, the straw composting process takes 6-8 months to loosen, however with this probiotics the time reduces to 25 days for composting at any weather conditions. Fertilizers are made from that method is characterized odorless and environmentally friendly.

It is calculated that 1 ton of compost fertilizer obtained 10kg of nitrogen, 9.5 kg phosphorus , 21 kg potassium , after deducting all expenses , the interest income is 235.000d/ton straw . The use of organic fertilizer significantly reduced the amount of chemical fertilizers to increase soil fertility, thereby increasing crop yields, bringing high economic efficiency.


As can be seen , this is the popular technology that can be easily and widely applied in practice. Currently the inventor is working with local authorities in country to transfer technologies such as Hai Duong , Hoa Binh , Ha Noi , Bac Giang , Bac Ninh , Thai Binh , Nam Dinh , Ninh Binh , Thanh Hoa , Hue , Lieu , ... not only guide farmers to use compost probiotic after each harvest , the inventor  also coordinate to construct the plant  and transfer technology of biomix Fito - RR pribiotics.
