        Climate change is the most serious challenge for humanity, especially for Vietnam. According to statistics of the,  Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Prevention  within last ten years, the annual average natural disasters have killed about 700 people, mostly due to floods and storms.

     In strategy of prevention and mitigation of disaster in our country, the prevention and control of flood are being concerned by mapping in high-risk area of flash floods, strengthening rainfall measuring and flood warning instrustment, the relocation of residents get out of  the danger zone. However, the implementations of these measures are having difficulty.

      Therefore, we need more solutions which related to the new technological solution in building houses, coping with flood natural disaster and climate change in order to help local people are likely not to worry whenever flood season comes. 

   After spending more ten years of researching, Mr. Trong Hoan - Director of a private company has successfully researched and launched the versatile build-up house product which is made in light materials including tile lightweight plastic husk tile, plastic husk flooring, intelligent tiles light Laphong; special steel frame. It is worth mentioning that the material is made from rice husks - a surplus product in agriculture affecting the environment.

Besides general characteristics of some models in the other anti-flood house that is self-float, this product is more special by the parts being assembled with lightweight materials, environmentally friendly, meet quality and weight standards.

          Mainly structure of these house is the  bearing frame which is assembled by using special steel frame including columns, beams, foundations …and  is associated with the entire system floats are placed on special nails, roof structure with steel frames, plastic tile husks, covering the entire exterior walls and partition walls between rooms using rice husk plastic block linked together without mortar, the floor is paved with plastic flooring system husk on fixed steel frame, while the bottom floor layout system floats.

       In this design, the main materials of the whole details for the flood control panels are available with decorative plastic rice production combined power system using solar energy. Besides, the house is arranged a 500- liters water tank and storage of food reserves can be used for at least 7 days. The whole house will automatically stand when the flood waters rise and the water recedes, it will be lowered and fixed the original location, which is very safe to users.
