Industrialization and overpopulation has occurred rapidly in many areas. Day by day, business activities and daily life has been creating  a large amount of garbage.

Due to the limitation of investment and modern technology,  the collection and disposal of garbage is lack of concentration and effect. These unexpected results act upon the environment and human’s health.

Therefore, the retaining research and innovation for new technology of civil trash and garbage disposal, with available expense, and wide application has been the requirement of current scientists and managers.

Nowadays, more and more spontaneous dumps appear in many areas of rurals and towns which are not supervised and disposed take the harmful effect to the environment and the health of people.

Base on these infact, MA Nguyen Duc Quyen and MA Dam Thi Lan, after a long period of research and experiment, has composed the new method of technology named: BD ANPHA Furnace of  Burning liquid trash

The operation based on natural convection, without using oil or electricity to burning fuel is an unique of this furnace

In progress, after rubbish moved to the first combustion chamber, under radiation of the wall, the temperature will be up gradually, then there are the process of burning, drying, volatile and burning volatile.

The burning process of this device is controlled fluently, and the temperature is remained over 1000 degree to entirely burn, with more than 90 percent decrease of volume

Besides, with a cooling system and filter, the temperature in furnace is low and fresh before being discarded

The height of the furnace is at least 1.5 meters from the surface of bottom. The combustion gases into the atmosphere approved by the national technical regulations on industrial emissions QCVN 19: 2009 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the National Technical Regulation on industrial waste incinerators QCVN 30: 2012 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment

With the outstanding design and industrial model, small size in stretch, fast installation progress, simple operation, easy maintenance and repair and costs only 50% of imported products with the same capacity ... Solid Waste furnace BD-alpha can be produced and installed with different sizes as required, for disposing solid waste disposal activities in the urban areas, rural, mountains, islands and all kinds of industrial waste, with economic efficiency and environmental sustainability.
