Robot that is controlled by eye can be able to help disabilities can move or manipulate objects by using eye movements.

Inventions made in the three months from February to May this year.

If put into operation, it will be the first robot in Vietnam have the ability to control by eye.

Researchers team said small robot can move in either direction, driven by eye glasses-mounted camera can connect robot to wifi.

With this principle, if the human look straight, the robot will go straight; if left view, the robot will go left or right view the robot will go to the right; overlooking the robot will go back.

When moving, the robot arm will swing as human activities. When stopped, the robot will be up in arms to stopped signaling. This time it will collect some information from the environment such as temperature, humidity, gas transmission of data centers.

On the head of robot, there is an ID camera aims to collect images of day or night, and then transmitted to the controller. Two arms are composed of controlled joint with flexibility motion and below are two main motor helps the robot move. In the robot there is the source, the central control unit and sensors.

Materials that is made products are easy to find, such as an aluminum plate casing robot; robot’s arm is made of aluminum; head of robot is made of plastic.
