Production process:

Step 1: Wash and puree plum by machine

Step 2: Mix pureed plum with malt and fermented with natural methods

Step 3: Mixture of puree plum and fermented malt (usually for 7 days) then put through distillation equipment, making evaporation, and obtain the final product is plum wine.

Advantages of technology: natural materials, undiluted alcohol, no chemicals are mixed, creating a special flavor.
