Mr. Le Duy Hoan has studied new technological solutions: "Lifting Machine with self-braking parts by weight", to help improve safety in the transportation of people and goods.

With structure of elevator moves up and down on runner in the frame slider on center, the machine can make putting people and goods up and down in the high buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, warehouses, or other buildings construction.

This machine consists of lifting frame and self-braking parts by weight.

Frame have the mechanical design with elevator, suspension beam system, runner for helping the movement of  elevator stability and helping to keep the elevator in case of breaking cable. The system is flexible control by power controlled panel.

The difference of this system with other lifting system is self-braking parts by weight. Parts are designed as wedges, with simple structure, smooth and flexible work... operation by elastic forces of spring due to the weight of the lifting frame and lift object.

Lifting machine can design with different lift height and lift load that cost only equivalent to 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of other devices that have similar capabilities which are imported from abroad.

Currently, the technology has been installed and operated stability in production base, businesses in the field of cars - motorcycles in Hanoi, Nghe An, Ha Tinh ...  confirmed by the practical application ability and effective use of technology.
