He spent over a year self learning on how to produce dragon fruit wine without much success. Just as when he’s desperate, in the middle of 2012, through the help of experts, he had had his successful wine. Wine making device have to be carried to Tien Giang to cooperate in the research. After the successful of the experiment, he invested over 1.5 billion to buy devices and machines to product, and now he has nearly 100 basins which are being used to product wine, each one can produce more than 90 liters in over a year. “The dragon fruit is used in the product must not be infected with pesticide, or else it can’t become wine” – Mr.Trong shared. Beside, according to Mr.Trong, the sugar amount, temperature, yeast, brew time ... are the prerequisite factors that need to be tried again and again in order to have the correct recipe.
