Description: Duc Quang coffee harvester includes a two strokes engine - CG 260,  single cylinder with output of 6000 radius per minute, capacity of 1,2 litre, manual tugging start up, two hands are driven by an automatic clutch through steering system. Transmission system consist of two coning sprockets, one cam, one T shaft, one exciter and two motorcycle’s chained joints. There are three fingers on hand forming two points of harvesting including  PA plastic frame  that have hardness, flexibility and has been roughed for linkage of PVC outer cover which is useful for anti barking.

The arm has a length of 172mm, the distance from transmission center to hand is 155mm; each hand has a length of 16mm; minimum distance between two fingers is 18 mm, the maximum distance is 26 mm, finger length of 100 mm.

Machine operates under the principles of shaking vibration: Driving force from engine through steering sprocket to two hands and make them moving forms a force to fall down the coffees. Machine could be shoulderred and robot hand just been controlled to harvest coffee.

Component parts are detachable therefore it easy to handle and transport. It overcomes all shortcomings in comparison with Brazilian machines.
