Machine’s structure is quite simple and compact, its sizes are 1,25 x 0,6 x 0,9 m. It operates by using PLC technology (Programmable Logistic control). The main component is hydraulic cylinder worked in order to close/open the knifes, pull the cashew nuts moving forward or backward. Besides it combines with mechanical equipments such as: an reel system worked as nuts positioning, a vibration system for nuts falling down in sequence, a classification system, motors to operate the mechanical equipments....and many other auxiliary equipments.

 After being steamed or fried, cashew nuts had been assorted by conveyor, then moved in a funnel on the machine. Thanks to the shaky system, nuts fall down in sequence into 4 doors and the gaps. Each door has one gap, each gap has 2 rolling shafts. When they turn, cashew nuts at the middle gap are positioning to the knifes, nuts must be leaning laid between two cutting blades. At that time nuts move to the right position of cutting, the cutting blades automaticaly closed and cashew nuts are divided into two pieces and separate out of the fruit. Nut and bark fell down. The small nuts that haven’t been cut yet  fell down to another door. The period is such continuously and full automatically.
