This system is designed quite simple. Headstock of the wheels, motor system, the generator is coupled to the back half part of the motorcycle. When wheel spins, the transmission is working, the motor is turning and generating electricity. Many people worry of the tires will be abraded cause of such idle working addition in the contact between tires and generator.

However, Mr Hai said that such contact do not heat up the tires, so it could not be abraded. In order to generate electricity, motorcycle will have to gear up at number of three. It will be able to generate the power of about 500W, light-up about ten bulbs and two electric fans on start up. This is a safe margin of transmission for a gear motorcycle.
