Description:

From an raw material resource of red mud which is provided by Vietnam National  Coal – Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited, the research team co-operate with Thai Hung Steel Plant under BCH (Hai Duong) Joint Stock Company has successfully pilot produced some products with the size of industry. They are CT5 steel (over 60 tonnes compared to 30 tonnes as initially planned), sponge iron (20 tonnes), iron ore (over 100 tons, 90 tonnes has been used to produce of sponge iron), adobe bricks (3,000 units – 1000 units more than the expected plan).

On December 2014 , the team has been certified the Patent license by Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Science and Technology. After completing the study, the group was transferred to the Company BCH project feasible to produce on a large scale.
