GV-102 -Innovation machine for producing sprouted bean

Description: GV-102 is made of food plastic (harmless for health); designed in rectangular shape. There are some components: 4 plastic grills (for lining and pressing when soaking and anti-cockroach), compression springs, orientation tube, the horizontal bar, silicon cork. The result of surveys at some using sites show that: its yield of producing sprouted bean is higher than the others; springs  are self-adjustment so compressed grills do not need to adjust; after bean sprouted being soaked in water the machine do not need to upturn (because there is an outlet of water at the bottom and have a space for drain water and air exchange). It’s a compact machine so many machines could be put closed together. It saves the space. It is made of hard plastic so it could be moved without breaking.

Soaking time is only 3-5 days (depending on the season); bean sprouted could be yearly produced; and before producing a new batch just cleaned the instruments. Currently, there are 2 types of GV-102 in the market  (type of manually compression adjusted and automatically compression adjusted). Both are producing of 1,6 to 2,4 kg of bean sprouted from soaking of 0,2-0,3 kg of green bean for one batch. GV-102 has been licensed at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (Ministry of Science and Technology). Particularly testing results of the Institute of Hygiene and Food Safety National indicate that the content of glucose in bean sprouted just produced by GV-102 was over 20%. Next time, manufacturers will be launched the new GV-102 with a larger size. The yield is 8-10kg of bean sprouted for one batch, suitable for the customers require a large amounts of bean sprouted. The manufacturing cost of the machine is 300.000-320.000 VND for small ones and  400,000 VND for large ones.

According to the results of practical surveys: every kilogramme of green bean (costs of 44,000 VND) soaked by GV-102 will get 7,5-8 kg of bean sprouted. And every kilogramme of green been will make profit of 30.000 – 40.000 VND and compared to the market price ( is 15,000 VND/kg), sprouts cooking costs is cheaper of 4,000 VND for one kilogramme. Thus, payback period of each instrument is the period of time of 10 kgs of green bean has been sucessfully soaked.

The improved instrument of GV 102 will help producing bean sprouted is easier than the the traditional way but has highly effectiveness.
