Mr. Tran Trong Nghia - Head of Maintenance group, electromechanical workshops (JSC Tan Quang Cement), who has many initiatives are applied in production, is one of the typically figure in the movement of "Study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" in Tuyen Quang province.

During working progress, he has launched the methods and technical innovations of safe working,  improving performance of the equipments to ensure safety for device stable operating and trust.

In 2013 he initiated of installation "anti-dust shield for the neck of baudelot cooler". It effects to prevents dust from falling into the shaft bearings of baudelot cooler, contributes to maintain the stable operation of the shaft and increase the lifetime of the bearings.

 In 2014, he initiated of "Spliting  the pinion of lifting scoop supplies  additives for cement grinding stage", It helps shorten the time of pinion repairing and replacement as well as the lifting scoop  of the cement grinding stage, increasing equipment’s lifetime, make benefits of  tens of million dong per year for the company .
