Description:

Technological solution of the system is using  tornado technology during the progress of spraying water and spraying foam. Each side is arranged one sprinkler which has four nozzles on the head. When the system starts spraying water four nozzles will spin and run along body of the car. Because the sprinkler system spinning at about 900 revolutions/minute, so every point on the car’s body will be sprayed by water for a hundred times, so the stains are swept.

The system is operated according to the steps similar to  a traditional way of washing motorbike today.

Step 1:

- Pressure spraying of water and washing foam in order to soften, sweep all the  mud on it’s body;

- 2 wheels of the motorbike will rotate following the conveyor system, brush will lean on the tire and rim and spokes to clean it.

Step 2:

- Spray water to clean the foam covered on the whole vehicle.

Step 3:

- Activate the pressure fan to dry the motorbikes
