Description: After 7 years of researching and studying,  the automatically production system of “Banh Hoi” has been finished and and well run now. The capacity is  1 ton per day.

Recognition of his creations, the Department of Intellectual has given him patent No. 11 672 for production system of “Banh Hoi” dated 08.09.2013.

The special invention in this patent is moving system that is coordinated between  interrupted structure and conveyor belt. The noodles have been cut and bent by a presser  being formed in the shape of “Banh Hoi”, then putting on conveyor  belt, moving to steamer. “Banh Hoi” is well cooked, hot, with beautiful shape, ensuring high quality and food safety. By using this automated system,workers can be saved comparing to the tradiotional method.

Currently, Mr. Hoa has transferred the production line of “Banh Hoi” to some households in Dien toan, Dien Thuy Dien Khanh districts, providing high economic efficiency for the businessman and also the confidence of customers by using “Banh Hoi” product.

He looks forward to be able to transfer technology of making the system to many other locals, to contribute to economic growth for households who are in business of  this traditional cake - “Banh Hoi”. And one more importantly thing is contribution to the development of traditional occupations in this local to another local across the country.
