Technology description:

The rice bagging machine operates at capacity of 7 to 8 tons/hour. Depending on the customer’s requirements, Mr. Be designs it with large or small scales. The common features of these types of machines are that they move on wheels and make use of discarded components of old or wrecked machines. When the machine is operating, rice is shoveled by a system of 19 shovels mounted on a conveyor belt, then carriedby which to the back and poured into sacks. At each of the two sides of the machine is a drill-shaped partwhose function is to sweep ricefrom two sides into the position of the shovels. The shoveling speed is from 200to 300 sacks/hour. A distinctive feature of this machine is its exhaust fan added by Mr. Be, thanks to which the usersdo not suffer from inhaling dust while working. Thus, it does not affect their health.
