Technology description:

The structure of the machine is quite simple, consisting of two iron rollers. Each of them is around 30 centimeter long. The two rollers are located horizontally; one is beneath the other, spaced 1-1.5 centimeter apart, adjustable for the size of the peanuts. A curved iron platecovers the two rollers,leaving a gap to put the peanut plants through, and the gap below is to release the threshed peanuts out.

The machine is powered by electric motor or combustion motor, capacity equivalent to 1.5 horsepower, placed at the bottom of the machine. The size of the machine is just 50x90 centimeters, weighed 45 kg. A barrow wheel is mounted at the front of the machine. When moving the machine, the users just attach the two iron pipes, lift the machine up and push it very easily.

When the machine operates, the users, from the right, just effortlessly put each handful of peanut plants through the gap between the two rollers, barely over the peanut seeds. Around every three seconds, a handful of peanuts (about 6 peanut plants) are threshed. The appropriate quantity of twisted ribs and twist degree help avoid missing or breaking peanuts. The machine can thresh 200kg of peanuts/hour, equivalent to 05 labor forces threshing manually.
