Introduction of technology:

Conical steel wedge is a important part in prestressed machanism. It’s a contact part and driving force to cable. Working condition of the conical steel wedge is tremendous: being abrased by friction and also being pressed.

Application fields: construction and transportation, in the hydroelectric sites and irrigation and drainage sites. Before implementing this project, 100% of the domestic conical steel wedges are imported from abroad.

Result of the tensile test for 12,7mm cable conical steel wedge shows that: the performance by 94-97% of the cable breaking force. The conical steel wedge is not cracking, undeformation. Pitches are not chipped and sink. Drop of the cable is 3,6mm.
