4:12 CH,02/08/2016

Scientists from Military Technical Academy have successfully researched and manufactured the Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC). The product is of the national science and technology project under the Program “Research on applying and developing information technology and communications” (code KC01/11-15).

The product has such main specifications as: working frequency range: 6÷12 GHz; technology: GaAs pHEMT; chip size: 2.14x1.2 mm; noise coefficient: 1.4 dB; amplification coefficient: 25dB; output power: 14dBm; input/output losses: -10/-12 dB; source voltage: 5V; current consumption: 39 mA; working temperature: -40÷80oC. The product is expected to bring economic benefits to the domestic electronics industry, helping reduce the trade deficit of electronic components and technology solutions for Vietnam in the near future.
