In early 2.2016, Petech Engineering Corporation officially put a waste treatment system by Plasma Jumbo Multi Intergrated (PJMI) that is Plasma technology - multi-integrated - high capacity into operation at Thanh Quang waste treatment plant (Dong Anh district, Hanoi).

It has a processing capacity of 300 tons of waste per day including 6 major systems with the following specifications: 1- A system of waste feeding, composting and drying with volume of 6,500 m3,composting period of 9 days (probiotic added to hasten the disintegration of waste); 2- Plasma Pyrolysis Furnace System including 2 plasma pyrolysis furnaces with capacity of 90 tons per day per furnace; 3- Exhaust treatment System including 2 heat recovery modules, one wet filtration and one dry filtration and exhaust-pine; 4- Leachate and Wastewater Treatment System (BIOFAST – ATC), with treatment capacity of 300m3 per day, output wastewater (come up to B standard according to QCVN 24:2009/BTNMT) contained in waste stabilization ponds will be pumped water to verdure and the whole garden in the plant; 5- A close system of waste collection and thorough treatment for stench for the whole plant by Deodoroxid technology. 6- New product production lines from after-treatment materials: block brick line, compost fertilizer line (5 tons/day). PJMI technology is able to absolutely treat all kinds of waste (medical waste, industrial waste, household waste, hazardous waste) without generating fume or any other waste which requires further treatment.
