This is a product of the national science and technology project called “Research on designing and making equipment for manufacturing big size reinforced concrete pipe, based on technology of vibration and hydraulic pressing”, code KC03.11/11-15.

Via this project, scientists from Industrial Machinery and Instruments Holding Ltd. Company have successfully  mastered the technique of mold core vibration and shaping hydraulic pressing  to manufacture an automatically controlled equipment for making big size reinforced concrete pipe, based on the combination technology of mold core vibration and shaping hydraulic pressing with the localization rate 100% according to the most modern technology up to date. It has the following basic technology parameters: Biggest concrete sewer pipe (DxL): 1,200x2,500mm; Maximum capacity: 17 products per hour; Electric power with synchronous operation; operation display in Vietnamese.
