This is a product of an independent research project under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology "Research into applying nanocarbon tubes for radiator liquid of high-power electronic components", conducted by Dr. Bui Hung Thang (Institute of Materials Science) as chairman.

LED model is used to install into existing public lamps’ cases to make them become LED lamps, which helps save costs and avoid waste due to discarding the whole existing public lamps to replace the old ones with new LED lamps, and also contributes to improving the capacity and lifetime of LED technology by applying nano radiator liquid. The project has also successfully made the molds for deploying large-scale production.
