Scientists at the Vietnam Research Institute of Electronics, Informatics and Automation (Ministry of Industry and Trade) have succeeded in researching and manufacturing a multi-touch, multi-user surface induction system with TCP/IP network connection. This system, which has a 40-inch touch table with intelligent interactive ability and network connection, supports multi-touch up to 10 touch points and can be used by 4 people at once.

The system is capable of WiFi, 3G or LAN network connectivity which enables automatic content updates via TCP/IP. In addition, it is integrated with software for teaching English to support multiple users to run on the touch-sensitive table, and one central system to broadcast contents over LAN or the Internet with TCP/IP protocol. The system can be widely applied in public places such as museums, schools, hospitals... for such purposes as education, media, and advertising in a very lively and intuitive way.
