Scientists from Food Industries Research Institute (Ministry of Industry and Trade) have successfully researched and manufactured the low-temperature heat pump assisted vacuum dryer running with a cooling condenser under the sponsor of Hanoi Department of Science and Technology. This equipment can be used to dry agriculturalproducts, food, medicinal materials, biological preparations or products containing biological active substances.

This equipment has the following basic features: the temperature of driedmaterials: 10-30oC; condensing capacity: 15 kg/24h; maximum temperature of condenser: -15oC;minimum volume of condenser: 45 litres; number of drying trays: 6 (with an area of 3.360 cm2 per  tray); electrical power consumption: ≤ 7 kW...

This equipment is suitable for drying products whichrequire rigorous drying conditions in order to minimize the loss of temperature-sensitive active substances.
