In April and May 2012, the Company, together with the Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dinh organized a number of trainings to disseminate the Law, focusing on power saving in all districts of the Province. Attending the trainings were some 1,000 local staffs, representatives from the local authorities and the Fatherland Front Committee.

The training content includes: Law on energy efficiency and conservation, 171/CT-TTg Directive of the Prime Minister on strengthening the implementation of power saving, a number of provisions on energy saving stated in the Central Resolution IV, dissemination of practical skills for energy saving of household appliances such as lights, TVs, cookers, refrigerators, electric fans. .. and promoting energy saving products such as compact fluorescent light bulbs, water heater solar energy. At the trainings, Nam Dinh Power Company distributed propaganda leaflets and stickers on power saving to participants.

According to the Coordination Plan between Nam Dinh Power Company and the Fatherland Front Committee, after these trainings, these participants will hold dissemination activities in their locals together with other activities of the Fatherland Front Committee.
