The ministry inspectorate will directly inspect three mobile network companies, namely, Vinaphone, MobiFone and Viettel.
The Department of Information and Communication in Hanoi will look over Vietnamobile and G-Mobile networks.
Provincial departments of information and technology will examine centers, branches and agencies who deliver pre-paid SIM cards in localities.
