Japan to launch Vietnam’s super-small satellite

The Japanese cargo space craft Konotori no.4 carrying a super-small Vietnamese satellite to the International Space Station (ISS) will be launched into orbit on August 4.
This was announced by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) on July 23.
The cubical PicoDragon satellite measuring 10x10x10cm was manufactured by the Vietnam Space Technology Institute (VSTI) to capture images of the Earth and conduct communicational experiments using amateur radio devices.
Also at the launch ceremony the Konotori no.4 will bring three other satellites developed by the US.
