 Vacuum dryer of Mr Thanh includes major parts: iron-made material heating drum with cylindrical structure that have stirring system inside and material input screw conveyor and product output screw conveyor outside. External and internal environment is closed and well insulated so air can not enter. After drying, the product is cooled by fans so it does not absorb steam back. Due to the application of vacuum drying technology, every point in heating drum are baked at the same temperature so the product should achieve high uniformity, save thermal energy drying time. This dryer uses a 3 horsepower electric motor, can also use different types of fuel such as coal, wood, husk, shell agricultural products, even organic waste to burn; drying capacity reaches 5 tons / batch, drying time is an hour, shortening 8 hours compared to older technology machines.

According to Mr. Thanh, this dryer can dry all kinds of agricultural products (rice, corn, wheat, coffee, cashew nuts ...), achieve high uniformity, save time, fuel, materials, labor, especially it has good effect when weather is bad.
