After 2 years of research and development, the signal processing card HDTV of the HD
Vietnam author group has been used for most of the channels in SD and HD standards such as VTV1, VTV2, VTV5, K +1, K + NS, K + PC, and K +1HD and K + NSHD. The products apply for reducing development costs of HDTV and SDTV channels. Two products of signal amplifier card HD DA and signal processing card HD FX1 help technical staff to synchoronize the video signal to the reference clock, setting the logo on the TV signal. This logo can be remotely controlled over an IP network or via the keyboard interface IP.
Because of this card that user can also adjust the level of audio or video to signal of the channel comply with the standards and not dependent on the input programs. Another advantage of this card is due to be implemented by the development team automation system HD and HD Traffic management system should be easily integrated into broadcast automation system with automatic level HDTV highly and simple control over IP.
In addition to a variety of hardware control via IP, compatible with OpenGear television standard the card is good compatible with software systems and frameworks of OpenGear association. So set of the products will having interchage with similar devices of other manufacturer in the association.
At the same time, the signal processing card HDTV also uses optimization algorithms, using firmware in the design, so it minimizes the required number of logic gates and reducing costs simultaneous. Therefore the products with good competitiveness with other companies in the world. The HDTV signal processing cards were created, developed to meet the needs of the local TV stations. The work is being implemented in 8 domestic channels, the product has confirmed the position and importance in the process of improving the transmission quality of the TV programs
Although the HDTV signal processing cards still exist some defects, but the Vietnam authors hope that they will continue to strengthen cooperation with the multi-layer printed circuit manufacturers in the country to reduce deployment of trial experiment time. At once, HD Vietnam is eager to get more support of the TV unit in Vietnam to the television equipments (Made in Vietnam) has the opportunity to develop and grow.
