The experiment is performed four stages. First, the sample is cleaned of impurities, dried, fired at a temperature of 950OC to remove all the contained carbon in the sample composition. Next, check the activity of material is achieved standard. Then, the sample is mixed with cement, sand and water to produce mortar samples and then checking that sample to have normal durable as conventional construction materials.
After many trials: Rice husk ashes were replaced 10% of the total weight of needed cement to cast mortar used in plastering and ceiling. When agricultural waste is 10% cement replacement, the product price will be reduced by 10%. We hope the manufacture would be interested in this solution to improve the lives of farmers and environmental protection.
