- Description of technology and equipment:

The process of producing compost from household waste and agricultural waste is inherited from the traditional method of composting by farmers. However, this method is also applied new waste treatment technology by anaerobic microorganisms comprising the steps:

Step 1: Collecting and sorting household waste and household organic waste in agriculture.

Step 2: Seamless them in layers, each layer has a thickness of about 40 - 60cm, irrigating the biological products, spreading wet mud onto nylon or covering by nylon to incubate.

Step 3: Checking and maintaining humidity in the incubation tank. Adding water to maintain moisture for microbial activity. Microorganisms group added to the incubation tank including microorganism’s resolution of the fiber, nitrogen resolution, phosphorus resolution.

Incubation period is about 50 to 60 days, stool turns black and the acne that is already cooked, it can be assigned to conduct classification to use, or storage, use gradually. Currently, organic fertilizer produced from domestic waste and agricultural waste was used as fertilizer for some crops and for very good results, especially for those crops.

The production of organic fertilizer from waste not only create a good quality bio-organic fertilizers but also contribute to raise awareness of environmental sanitation in residential areas, reduce the volume of organic waste buried fill, save waste disposal costs and contribute to solve the problem of environmental pollution which are increasing.
