Vietnam Electricity Corporation (EVN) has announced that the output of national power system is 12.83 billion kWh in August. The average daily production is 413.9 million kWh. The largest daily production is 457.15 kWh. The largest capacity is 21,778 MW.

By implementing electricity saving program, the country saved 1.78 billion kWh in August, equivalent to 2.16% of commercial electricity output.

In September 2014, expected load of power system will reach 408 kWh per day, with the largest capacity of approximately 21,290 MW.
